Data Deletion Instructions

Conversico Ltd respects your right to have your data deleted. You can remove your data and revoke Conversico's access to your Meta advertising accounts at any time, using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Remove Conversico from Facebook

In your Facebook account, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select Conversico and choose Remove. This immediately revokes the access token we hold and stops any further access to your advertising accounts.

Option 2 — Email us a deletion request

Send an email to hello@conversicoltd.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, from the email address associated with your account. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on the request.

What we delete

• the access tokens issued for your connected Meta advertising accounts;
• cached advertising and campaign data retrieved on your behalf;
• your account and contact records held by Conversico.

We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to do so, for example to meet accounting or fraud-prevention obligations. Such data is kept only for as long as required and is then deleted.

Timeframe

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once your data has been removed.
