These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Conversico Ltd (“Conversico”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17012167, registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Conversico provides a conversational AI assistant that connects to your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising accounts and helps you create, manage, monitor and optimise advertising campaigns through Meta's official Marketing API. The Service is currently offered on an early-access basis and may change, be limited or be withdrawn.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business, and that you are authorised to manage the advertising accounts you connect.
3. Your Meta connection
To use the Service you authorise Conversico, through Facebook Login, to access and act on the advertising accounts you choose to connect. You may revoke this access at any time via your Facebook Business Integrations settings. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for actions taken on your accounts at your request.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, including advertising and consumer-protection law;
- violate the Meta Advertising Standards, Platform Terms or other Meta policies;
- infringe the rights of others or promote prohibited, deceptive or harmful content;
- disrupt, probe, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for ensuring that the advertising you run complies with all applicable laws and with Meta's policies.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Conversico or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Meta and may rely on other third-party services, which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular advertising outcome or result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conversico will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Conversico against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
