Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Conversico Ltd (“Conversico”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or use the Conversico service (the “Service”). We are the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
Conversico Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17012167, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
Your name, email address, company name and any message you send when you contact us or request access to the Service.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising data
When you connect your Meta advertising account through Facebook Login, we access — with your permission and only for the accounts you choose — data made available through Meta's Marketing API, which may include:
- your ad account identifiers and names;
- campaigns, ad sets and ads, and their settings;
- advertising insights and performance metrics (such as spend, impressions, results and cost per result);
- the Pages and business assets associated with the accounts you connect.
We also store the access token issued by Meta so that the assistant can carry out the actions you request on your behalf. Tokens are stored in encrypted form.
Technical data
Log data, IP address, device and browser information, and usage data, which we use to operate, secure and improve the Service.
2. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the Service — executing your instructions on the ad accounts you connect and reporting performance back to you.
- To maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you, including support and service notices.
- To comply with our legal obligations and with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We do not sell your personal data or your Meta advertising data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
3. Legal bases for processing
We rely on: performance of a contract with you; your consent (in particular for connecting your Meta advertising account); our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service; and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Platform data and Meta
Our collection, use and transfer of information received from the Meta APIs adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including any applicable use limitations. We request only the permissions needed to provide the features you use — ads_management and ads_read. You can review and revoke Conversico's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Settings → Business Integrations.
5. How we share data
We share data with:
- infrastructure, hosting and security providers that process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions;
- Meta, as necessary to operate the API integration you have authorised;
- authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we put in place appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted storage of access tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authority where required in the event of a breach.
8. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes described above. Access tokens and connected advertising data are deleted when you disconnect the Service or on request. See our Data Deletion page.
9. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@conversicoltd.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
10. Data deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page.
11. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for it to function. If we introduce analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
12. Children
The Service is intended for business users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date above.
